  1. Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  3. International Shipping

    • Currently, we offer shipping services exclusively within India. We are committed to providing the best possible service to our customer and are continuously exploring opportunities to expand our shipping capabilities. While we do not offer international shipping at this time, we are actively working on extending our reach to customers outside India. Please stay tuned for updates, as our shipping policy may change in the future to include international destinations. 

  4. Order Tracking

    • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s website for real-time updates on delivery.
  5. Delivery Issues

    • If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team. We’ll investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
  6. Incorrect or Damaged Items

    • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Shipping

    • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address to ensure delivery.
  8. Order Modifications and Cancellations

    • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing, making it challenging to make changes.
